| About NICF |
We've been building homes in Southeast Michigan for nearly 20 years. Like the builders we work with we built homes using the same industry standards common to our mid-Michigan environment.
We first came upon insulated concrete forms at the 2002 World of Concrete show in Los Vegas. Well, we were blown away. What a tremendous technology and perfect for the Michigan climate.
After we did our homework on the subject, we did our homework on the various manufacturers of insulated concreted forms. The choice was relatively easy for us.
Phoenix has a manufacturing process that results in a product that is 20% cheaper and far superior in its structural properties. Sold.
We established National ICF in 2004 to represent Phoenix and bring this innovative product to Southeast Michigan builders.
As they say, "the proof is in the pudding" and it seems we made the right choice because our builders keep coming back for more.
